Valentine Mantel 2013 – Free printable for frames January 23, 2013

Here are the two free printables that are framed on my Valentine’s Day mantel.

The photo of the couple with the red umbrella was a photobucket find. I just typed in red umbrella, copied the photo, pasted it into a word doc (or you can use Paint), then printed it out.

Valentine’s Day Mantel 2013

Today I would like to share my Valentine’s Day Mantel. The mantel features DIY crafts including a coffee filter wreath, an XOXO garland, two framed printables, and one decorated vase.  I will provide short tutorials or links for the projects and free printables over the next few days. However, in case you are ready to get started with your mantel right away, I will give you a brief rundown of the decorations. The wreath is made from tea stained coffee filters then stuffed into a straw wreath. The garland is created from free printable letters I found on the internet with my own simple touches added. The frames are filled with two free printables and the vase is created by wrapping a mason jar with paper and adorned with some ribbon.
